We, at Moirah’s Travelight Tours & Travel, will always try to assist you for those unexpected changes and emergencies. Please take note that refund and cancellation depend on the suppliers’ policies.

Hotels

• Free Cancellation: Some hotels may allow free cancellations up to a certain period before check-in (e.g., 3-4 weeks).
• Non-Refundable Rates: These are often cheaper but do not allow refunds if canceled.
• Partial Refunds: Some hotels may offer partial refunds depending on how close the cancellation is to the check-in date.
• No-Show Penalties: If a guest doesn’t show up without canceling, they may be charged for one night’s stay or the full booking amount.

Airlines

• Refundable Tickets: These are more expensive but allow full refunds.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Refunds are usually not allowed unless the airline cancels the flight.
• Flight Cancellations by Airlines: If the airline cancels or significantly delays a flight, passengers are often entitled to a refund or rebooking.
• Rebooking: Most flights allow rebooking provided we pay for the rebooking fee and fare differences.
